Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong product is delivered
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment
